📦 Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, here are the steps to follow and the conditions to be met:

1. Return Conditions

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make the return.

Item condition: To be accepted, the item must be in its original condition. It must not be damaged or show any signs of use.

2. Procedure to follow

The process is fully digital. Simply:

Log in to your customer account on our website.

Go to the "My Orders" section.

Select the relevant order.

Click on the "Make a return request" button and follow the instructions.

Note: Once your request has been validated and the item received at our warehouses, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
