If you wish to return an item, here are the steps to follow and the conditions to be met:

1. Return Conditions

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make the return.

Item condition: To be accepted, the item must be in its original condition. It must not be damaged or show any signs of use.

2. Procedure to follow

The process is fully digital. Simply:

Go to the "My Orders" section.

Select the relevant order.

Click on the "Make a return request" button and follow the instructions.

Note: Once your request has been validated and the item received at our warehouses, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number (check your spam folder if you don't see it).

Tracking may take 2-3 days to activate - this is normal, the package is in transit to your country.

No updates after 10 days? Contact us at Jrpodss@gmail.com with your order number - we will locate it and respond to you within 24 hours.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Not satisfied? You have 30 days after receipt to request an exchange - no justification needed.

Conditions: The item must be unworn, with its tags.
